Manual Order Creation

When a buyer has transferred their cart to the procurement system but the connector is operating in manual mode, no Shopware order is created initially. The order can then be triggered deliberately in the admin.

When is manual creation available?

The "Create order" button in the transmission detail view is only active when:

  1. The transmission has the status "Transferred"
  2. The transmission mode of the system is set to "Manual"
info

In auto mode, the order is created automatically — the manual button is not needed.

Creating an Order Manually

  1. Navigate to AgiqonConnector → Transmissions
  2. Open the desired transmission (status: Transferred)
  3. Click "Create order" in the General tab
  4. The connector reconstructs the cart from the stored payload and creates a Shopware order
  5. The transmission changes to the status "Order created" and displays the new order number

What happens in the background?

The connector reads the stored cart payload from the transmission. It contains all product data, quantities and prices that were valid at the time of transfer. The cart is reconstructed from this payload and a complete Shopware order is created from it.

Prices and availability

The order is created based on the stored payload — i.e. with the prices and products at the time of transfer. Price changes or availability changes after the transfer are not taken into account.

Requirements

For order creation to succeed:

  • The buyer must exist as a Shopware customer with complete address data
  • The products from the cart must still exist in the shop
  • A payment method and shipping method must be set in the system (OCI or cXML) — these are used for the order
